I have been involved in Borzois for more than 55 years under the Korsakov kennel name in the United States, having bred and shown over 50 Borzoi champions, Best in Show, ASFA Best in Field, #1 BCOA Obedience Borzoi, Crufts Winner, Benelux Winner, #1 Borzoi in Canada, #1 Borzoi in England multiple years, and Top Ten Winners since 1968. Additionally, I have owned a few whippets, and now have Border Collies who are successfully winning in the US and Europe.
I am currently approved to judge seven sighthound breeds and Jr. Showmanship. I have judged all breed shows and specialty shows throughout the US, Canada, Europe and Scandinavia. An interesting note is that I lived in the Netherlands for about 1 ½ years in ‘t Zand and Schagen, North Holland. I visit my “second home” every time I have the opportunity and I am looking forward to my visit in 2023!
